This course will provide an overview of the various forms of sound including musical instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, steel drums, chimes and the traditional harmonium as well as Om chanting, musical playlists and mantras, and how to weave these elements into your yoga practice. The first 15 hours of this module are open to all who resonate with a sound-centric yoga practice and are keen on understanding the basics of sound and yoga. No musical background is necessary.
